To ensure safe shipping, bicycles arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed video guide to help you get on the road in under 30 minutes.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We offer specialized freight shipping for all bicycle frames and complete builds. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a bicycle if it is not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If the bike doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in 'like-new' condition.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every Birdy Bicycle comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.
