At Birdy Bicycle, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the bicycle components or gear you wish to return.

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
